Hi, I'm Michał. I build e-commerce that holds up under real traffic and scales as the business grows.

E-commerce architect and PrestaShop expert. I design stores, integrations, and custom Laravel systems built to run fast, stay reliable, and hold up under growth, from first launch to scaling for high order volumes.

Architecture Built for Real Business

E-commerce systems built around the actual business, not a ready-made template, that handle high sales volume without breaking under load.

Integrations with ERP, WMS, wholesalers, and logistics, plus data migrations that don't interrupt the store's operation.

I apply the same architecture day to day as CTO at Webixa.

UnoPIM vs AtroPIM - two approaches to open source PIM, two different markets

AtroPIM and UnoPIM are both open source, both license-free, both with REST API. That is roughly where the similarities end. AtroPIM is a platform for manufacturers and industrial distributors who need a configurable data model without writing code. UnoPIM is a PIM designed for ecommerce and product distribution to sales channels. An honest comparison with specifics.

UnoPIM vs Plytix - when free SaaS stops being free

Plytix starts at $0 per month and has some of the best UX in the PIM space. Sounds like an obvious choice for small ecommerce. The problem starts when you add feeds, Brand Portal and Product Data Sheets - and suddenly you are at $1,300 per month for a system that still does not give you access to your own data without an active subscription. An honest comparison.

Why good software should be free - and its implementation should not

The 'open source plus paid implementation' model looks suspicious to someone used to buying licenses. I explain where it came from, why it makes economic sense, and what you are actually buying when you pay to implement free software.

The stack I actually reach for

My favorite open source projects

I come back to the same five projects whenever a Laravel, PrestaShop or Bagisto store needs more than a storefront: product data management, B2B sales processes, support tickets or bookings. They share a common foundation - Laravel, PHP, MIT license - and I actually use them on real implementations, not just recommend them from the sidelines.

Bagisto

Laravel-based e-commerce store. Headless-Ready, PWA, full code ownership.

My default foundation for stores that need full control over the code and architecture: headless-ready, without the constraints typical of SaaS platforms.

UnoPIM

Laravel-based PIM. Manage your product catalog and distribute data across multiple sales channels.

I reach for it when a product catalog starts drifting apart across a spreadsheet, the store and marketplaces - it centralises product data and pushes it out to every channel automatically.

AureusERP

Modular open-source ERP on Laravel. Finance, warehouse, HR and CRM in one system.

I pick it for projects where finance, warehouse, HR and sales need to live in one system instead of several tools synced by hand.

KrayinCRM

B2B CRM on Laravel. Sales pipelines, tasks and email integration in one place.

I use it where a B2B sales pipeline starts getting lost in an inbox - leads, tasks and email correspondence in one place.

UVDesk

Open-source helpdesk with ticketing, live chat and knowledge base. No per-agent fees.

My go-to for support once a team outgrows a shared inbox - ticketing, live chat and a knowledge base in one system.

QloApps

0% commission hotel booking system. Own PMS and Channel Manager included.

For properties that want to sell bookings directly, with their own PMS and Channel Manager, instead of giving up margin to OTA portals.
