QloApps is an Open Source hotel reservation system, combining a booking engine, PMS, and Channel Manager integration. Unlike booking through OTA portals such as Booking.com or Airbnb, the guest books directly on the hotel's website, without commission on each transaction.

Booking exclusively through OTA portals means the hotel loses direct contact with the guest and pays commission on every transaction. The alternative is an own booking engine, where the reservation happens directly on the hotel's website.

Many web developers offer hotels simple WordPress sites with a contact form. This doesn't work nowadays. The client wants to check availability in real-time, choose a room, order breakfast in bed, and pay via BLIK/Card.

FAQ: QloApps Reservation System
Is QloApps really free?
Yes, the software is Open Source. You don't pay monthly subscriptions or reservation commissions. You only pay once for my implementation, configuration, and training service, and for hosting (server).
How about online payments?
I integrate the system with Polish operators (Przelewy24, PayU, Tpay) or global ones (Stripe, PayPal). Money from the client goes directly to your bank account, without intermediaries.
Do I have to quit Booking.com?
No - dropping Booking.com can be risky, since it's still a significant source of new guests. A hybrid strategy works well: keep Booking.com for acquisition, and direct returning guests to your own site, e.g. with a discount smaller than the portal's commission.
Does the system work on phones?
Yes, QloApps has a fully responsive frontend (client site) and admin panel. Guests can conveniently book rooms on smartphones.
