What is AureusERP
AureusERP is an open-source ERP system built on Laravel. It covers CRM, inventory management (across multiple warehouses), HR, and finance - processes a store alone doesn't cover, and which without a shared system end up scattered across disconnected tools.
When company processes run in disconnected systems
Store on PrestaShop, warehouse managed in Subiekt over a remote desktop, CRM in Excel, employee tasks on sticky notes - this model works while a company is small. At scale, data between systems starts to drift apart.
B2B leads get lost in email
A wholesale inquiry lands in an inbox without a CRM integrated with the store - easy to miss, or to answer with a delay that costs the order.
Stock levels drift between locations
With several warehouses or dropshipping, an older ERP without Multi-Inventory support shows a stock level that no longer matches reality.

Why AureusERP?
Most ERP systems popular in Poland (Subiekt, Comarch) are proven accounting-warehouse programs, but built on a closed architecture that is difficult to integrate with a modern web stack.
AureusERP is built on Laravel - the same framework a store (Bagisto) or PIM system (UnoPIM) runs on. That means code access, integrations, and the absence of per-seat license fees are part of the architecture itself, not an add-on.

FAQ: AureusERP Implementation
Will AureusERP replace my Subiekt/Optima?
In 90% of operational cases: yes. AureusERP takes over warehouse management, orders, and invoicing. However, for full accounting (Tax Book/Full Accounting), I still recommend dedicated accounting software, to which AureusERP exports only ready cost/sales documents (e.g., JPK/XML files).
Does the system integrate with PrestaShop?
Yes. Although PrestaShop is not on Laravel, I create dedicated API bridges. Orders from the store go to ERP, and ERP sends back statuses and tracking numbers. However, full integration capabilities are achieved when migrating the store to Bagisto.
Can I customize the system for myself?
Yes - that's the main advantage of an Open Source system on Laravel: access to every line of code. I can add a report, a custom document workflow, or an integration with a specific wholesaler. In closed, boxed systems, that kind of change usually needs vendor approval and a separate quote.
What about licensing?
You don't pay for seats (users). Whether you have 5 or 50 employees, software cost is 0 PLN (Community/Standard version). You only invest in my implementation services, server configuration, and potential development of dedicated functions.
