2. What data do we process and for what purpose?
A. Contact Forms and Inquiries
We process the data provided voluntarily in the contact form (name, email address, phone number, message content) based on your consent in order to answer your inquiry or message.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest – protection against claims and archiving of correspondence).
B. Website Analytics and Consent Mode v2
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze traffic. The script collects anonymous visit data (e.g., pages viewed, time spent on site, device type). We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2 – analytical and marketing cookies are only loaded after you give consent in the banner.

C. Briefs and booking tool (Tally)
When you use our interactive project brief provided by Tally, the data entered there is processed solely to prepare a project quote and technical specifications.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract).
D. PrestaShop Security Scanner Module (Web Berserker Security Scanner)
When downloading and using our free security scanner module for your PrestaShop store, a requirement to enable and run the scan is your consent to receive commercial communication (electronic/phone) from the Data Controller regarding assistance in fixing any detected vulnerabilities. For this purpose, we process the identification and contact details of your store transmitted by the module.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (voluntary consent to commercial contact, which is required to unlock and perform the scanning service).
3. Cookie Files
The website uses cookie files to function correctly, analyze traffic, and personalize ads. Cookies are divided into the following categories:
- Necessary: Required for core website features (e.g., storing your cookie choices). They cannot be disabled.
