FAQ: Bagisto Implementation

Is Bagisto suitable for B2B?

Definitely yes. Bagisto has dedicated B2B features such as: Multi-Vendor Marketplace, Request for Quote (RFQ), group price lists, and negotiations. It is a great alternative to expensive Enterprise B2B systems.

What does integration with Allegro/ERP look like?

As system architects, we recommend using UnoPIM as an intermediary. Bagisto downloads clean data from PIM, and sends orders to ERP via API. We also create direct connectors if the architecture is simpler.

Can data be transferred from an old store?

Of course. We have ready-made migration scripts from PrestaShop, WooCommerce, and Magento. We transfer products, customers, passwords (supported hashing), and order history.

Do you provide post-implementation support (SLA)?

Yes. We offer SLA agreements guaranteeing response time to failures and hour packages for store development. We monitor your instance 24/7, ensuring Laravel and Bagisto security updates.
