I am not an agency for "everything". I am a system architect who combines the stability of PrestaShop with the modernity of the Laravel framework.
In today's e-commerce, the store itself is not enough. To scale, you need an ecosystem. My role is to design and implement Composable Commerce solutions, where the Store, ERP, PIM, and CRM are separate, specialized modules that communicate with each other in real-time. I eliminate technical debt and prepare your business to handle thousands of orders daily.
Choosing a store engine is a decision for years. There is no single ideal solution, which is why I offer two paths: evolution on the proven PrestaShop or a technological revolution with Bagisto (Laravel). I precede each implementation with an analysis of business requirements to select the technology for the scale of your sales.
I specialize in difficult cases. I fix Core errors, optimize MySQL databases for high traffic, and write dedicated modules integrating the store with wholesalers.
For companies that have outgrown ready-made templates. Bagisto means full code control, Headless Ready architecture, and the security of the Laravel framework. Ideal for migration from legacy code.
The problem with most e-commerce is data chaos. Products are in Excel, stock levels in Subiekt, and customer emails get lost in Outlook. As a solution, I implement an integrated suite of tools based on Laravel. You gain a "Single Source of Truth" and no license fees per user.

Ticket system integrated with the store. When a customer writes an email, your employee immediately sees their last orders. No more chaos in the mailbox.
The HoReCa industry needs independence from high OTA commissions (Booking.com/Airbnb). I implement the QloApps system – an advanced booking engine that allows hotels and apartments to accept payments directly on their own website.
As a Software House and Architect, I select technologies for performance, security, and long-term support (LTS). I do not experiment on production. I use proven industry standards.
Big e-commerce projects don't fail because of bad developers, but because of wrong assumptions at the start. I help CTOs and business owners choose the right tech stack. I design data flows, select server infrastructure, and plan a strategy to exit technical debt.

Order store auditAbsolutely not. It is a menu from which we choose what is needed at a given stage of development. Usually, we start with a stable Store and PIM implementation to organize data. We add ERP or CRM when the company grows and Excel is no longer enough to manage processes.
In the Open Source model (Laravel, PrestaShop), you own the code and data. You do not pay subscriptions that increase drastically with turnover. You can modify every, even the most deeply hidden system function to suit your unique logistics or sales processes. SaaS limits you, Open Source gives freedom.
I am not a hosting company, but as an Architect, I configure servers (DevOps). I prepare VPS or Dedicated environments for specific PrestaShop/Laravel requirements (Nginx, Varnish, Redis), ensuring maximum performance (TTFB < 200ms). I help choose the best infrastructure provider.
We start with a Discovery Call, where I get to know your problems. Then I conduct an Audit (if the system already exists) or create a Technical Specification. I work in agile methodology, delivering results in short sprints. Code is versioned (Git) and undergoes Code Review before deployment to production.
